The various responsibilities handled are,

• Implement health, Safety & environment policy and performance review on the site.

• Regular walk around, hazard identifications, recommendations & follow ups on the items close out and documentation.

• Conducting regular pre-tour and weekly HSE meetings with crew members and client representatives.

• Give HSE Induction for all new employees and rig visitors and reporting to rig manager.

• Promote Behavioral Based Safety culture through STOP card system and tracking it for close out.

• Give special and refresher training for all crew members like Fire Fighting, HSE standards and guidelines, Chemical Handling, confined space entry, PTW etc.

• Develop & review all JSAs and Risk Assessment with crew members and 3rd parties for all critical activities.

• Giving regular work permits and keeping all the documents in good manner.

• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly HSE inspections at rig locations and updating all the documents as per the procedure.

• Participate, Investigate and report all incidents, near misses and first aid cases as per Company system and give corrective actions.

• Participating in morning conference meeting with client office representatives and discussing on- going HSE activities and reviewing daily HSE reports

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports and sending reports to company QHSE Manager.

• Update all PPES’s inventory and safety equipment’s stocks in time to time.

• Inspection & maintenance of fire extinguishers, breathing apparatus, fire hydrants.
