Calculate quantities for all elements as per drawing & site condition.

Major quantities involves RCC, Shuttering, Reinforcement, HT Strands, Flooring, Etc.

Preparing of Material reconciliation statements

Preparing of Labour reconciliation statements as per standard formats.

Claiming and certification of RA- bills with supporting documents within the period.

Updating the Daily Progress Report, Weekly, Monthly Progress Report.

Preparation of RA-Bill as per client required format.

Preparation of comparison statements for various packages for vendor finalizing.

Prepared/Updating Work orders, Project Schedule and Plan of Action for every month as Required.

Preparing/Updating the Man-Power, Man-Hour and Organization Chart
