7.5 years extensive experience of piping stress analysis in Oil & Gas and in Power Plant.

Piping Stress Analysis of lines connected to equipment such as centrifugal pumps, Boilers, reciprocating compressors, air cooled heat exchangers, pressure vessels and heat exchangers, columns, fired heaters, reactors using CAESAR II and ROHR 2.

Coordination with vendor, client and with other disciplines to successfully deliver the project in accordance with project specification.

Preparation of open point list and follow up the list on regular interval with client and vendor for smooth flow of project and timely delivery of output.

Competent in understanding the P&ID (Piping and instrumentation diagram), PFD (process flow diagram), and equipment drawings.

Critical water system analysis (cooling water system, called PAB system in power plant) using CAESARII.

Underground piping analysis using Caesar II.

Gas turbine skid internal piping analysis and nozzle qualification.

Steam turbine, and HRSG connected system analysis.

Floating power plant main steam (low pressure and high-pressure steam), Steam drain, condensate, feed water, cooling water, etc. system analysis using Caesar II.

Compressor (single shaft) piping analysis and compressor nozzle qualification as per NEMA SM23.

Gear compressor stress analysis in accordance with B31.3, using ROHR2 software.

Qualification of nozzle as per WRC107 / WRC297.

Flange Leakage test as per pressure equivalent method or as per ASME VIII Div. 1.

Support selection and optimization of critical supports i.e. Spring hanger, expansion joint, strut etc.

Preparation of critical line list as per stress design basis.

Issue piping loads to civil for pipe rack and platform loading.

Conversant with wide ranging international codes like ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, ASME B16.5, /16,47, ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, API 610, API 617 etc.

Responsible for dispatch operation (loading and unloading) of white oil (MS, HSD, and SKO), and black oil (bitumen) through road and rail at refinery end.

Perform stress analysis of highly critical systems like: o high pressure steam line, analysis of turbine, and HRSG connected systems, i.e. MAL (turbine drain system), LBH (HRSG drain line systems), MAW etc. accordance with ASME B31.1 using Caesar II software.

o Underground piping system analysis.
