Provide oversight and leadership for the development and implementation of the Facility master plan as well as responsible for leading a team of consultants and other resources responsible for Budgeting & expense tracking, Vendor Management, Front office management, House-keeping, Purchase, Transport, Security, Access control, CCTV, Canteen, Landscape, Architecture, space planning & analysis, real estate and for enhancing business growth by maintaining a world-class building for customers and employees.
Budgeting and MIS:
Preparing, controlling and coordinating the Capital and Revenue Admin budget of plants and Regional Offices. Controlling all Agreements, Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders. Managing Opex and Capex
Vendor Management:
Set up SOPs and SLAs, monitor adherence to SLAs and provide management reporting for housekeeping and other soft services operations. Facilities Management:
The incumbent will have responsibility for all aspects of building management which incorporates lease / legal compliance, negotiation with landlords, Contractual obligations etc. for all office and manufacturing locations. Will be looking after renovation and furnishing of existing offices.
Managing & ensuring high standard soft services such as Housekeeping, Landscaping, Pest control, etc (Manual and Mechanized) for hygienic and safe work environment.
Managing Integrity Facility management team (IFM) to ensure daily smooth deliverables like plumbing works, carpentry works, electrical works, Air conditions (AHU) DG sets, UPS
Managing the end to end all technical & non-technical services including equipment maintenance always required to operate facility & ensuring up to date services. Coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure the smooth facility operations

Security Management:
Will have responsibility of managing & maintaining Security operations/systems [electronic and physical] at the corporate office, branch offices and plant locations and ensure governance and smooth day to day operation. Responsible to audit CCTV systems, power fence system, burglar alarm, turnstile system, and Access control system. Security Services - Appointment & vigilance monitoring & compliance report.
Supporting and Serving as local Crisis Management Leader, Security Leader to manage UNION groups agitation etc.
Statutory Compliance & Government Liasioning:
Will be responsible for all statutory compliance related to site administration which include liaison with factory inspector, employment exchange, ESI, and PF offices. Ensure complete compliance and on time action.
Documentation related to statutory compliances and ISO standards. Obtaining various licenses and permission like Fire NOC, Canteen license, etc. Regular meeting with Govt. officials related to legal permissions and compliance.
Liaise with the government bodies like BBMP, KIADB, METRO, NHAI, DC, Municipal Corporation, Local HO etc.
Responsible to have on time renewals such as Trade license, Property Tax payment, etc.
Event Management:
Responsible for organizing high level meetings, Award functions, Annual day or Meets, Family days, Open houses, Strategy meets, Picnics- Sports Events, etc.
Cafeteria & Pantry:
Responsible Managing Cafeteria, pantries & Ensure personnel and premises Hygiene of the Cafeteria, Ensuring serving of food as per GE health ahead standards. Responsible to conduct Canteen committee meeting on monthly basis to review menu, quality, operations etc.
