Leading a team of Executives, District Volunteers, Board Members and Parents, in the fields of Volunteer Recruitment/Development, Membership Development/Unit Service, Fundraising, Budget Development, Team Building and Program Development. I also served as a staff advisor for our Scoutreach Committee, OA Lodge, LDS Relationships Committee, Council Membership Committee, Council Annual Dinner and Council Sports Related Events.
My Achievements Include:
Coordinated Western Region Scoutreach Conference @CWSC in 2019
Secured an honoree/board member and worked with Development Team to help raise over $100,000 for 2018 Gala.
Recruited two new board members and helped recruit new district committee members
Worked with USE teams to raise over $195,000 in FOS for 2018 & 182,000 in 2017
Led the team that brought LA City Fire Dept. back to the Exploring Program.
Worked with the council membership team and USE’s to get .28% Cub Scout membership growth in 2018 &.5% growth in traditional membership in 2017
Worked with USE’s to achieve Cub Scout Membership Growth in 2018 and 2017.
Coordinated efforts to bring LAPD back to the Exploring Program
Created a Superintendent Ad-hoc team to help with education issues/recruiting.
Coordinated a County Block Grant with Major Gifts team for 2021-2025
