•I created our New Advanced Quickbooks Online Page and customized the page to meet all of our companies needs to provide monthly reports and insights in our pharmaceutical business and the products we manufacture and distribute. I add all current and new customers with detailed billing and company information, account invoices, product inventory, expenses, tax details, shipping with BOL & packing information, manufacturing dates, purchase orders, and all other additional information needed to create our Quickbooks page from scratch.

•Training the HR Department, all Directors, and Owners of Raritan Pharmaceuticals on how to use the new Quickbooks, which I created to make our daily lives easier at the workplace.

•Managed the Account we have with all Walgreens stores, throughout the USA. I worked very closely with Walgreens Management daily, to make sure that our products were manufactured in our labs, label artwork was complete, went through extensive approval process, packaged properly, and made it to store shelves on time. •Introduced our Food and Beverage, Nutritional & Pharmaceutical Chemicals/Ingredients to potential clients throughout the United States of America. I introduced these products by phone calls (40-70 per day), LinkedIn, email and mailing letters to Purchasing and Presidents of companies. I also would follow up with these potential clients a few days after the 1st communication. I made sure to answer ALL Incoming calls as well.

•Sent out a few hundred letters, by mail (used “mail merge” in outlook) to potential clients, to offer our “Ascorbic Acid” at a special price (or whatever is on special or we have an abundance of in the warehouse), and quoted those interested. When quoting, I would reach out to several trucking companies to get discounted freight rates to the client’s location and calculate the prices per kilogram and pounds. We only sold our Chemicals/Ingredients by the Pallet or FTL (Full Truckload), so I would calculate all prices as needed.

•Enter and Process all Expense Reports through QuickBooks, then printed and mailed those checks every Friday afternoon and updated all Excel spreadsheets for the owner of the company.

•Made “Collection Calls” daily, to those accounts that were past due on Invoices. I kept all updates in Excel Spreadsheets and direct emails to the owner and Operations Manager. Once I received payments that were owed, I would write out all banking deposit slips, stamp checks for bank deposit, enter the payment information in QuickBooks, and update all spreadsheets kept in our Z Drive. I also would scan all Checks, Sales Order, and ALL paperwork that went with the order and saved them to our Z Drive. I drove to the Post Office to pick up all the checks from our PO BOX and go to the Bank to make deposits.

•Every Friday, I would Enter and Print Checks for all Warehouse Workers in QuickBooks. I personally handed these to the workers and made sure everything was 100% correct and completed.

•Daily, I created every Invoice for each Sales Order that left our Warehouse. These were all created and printed through QuickBooks. Once they were created, printed, and scanned to our Z Drive, I would either mail, fax or email the invoice, COA (Certificate of Analysis), and BOL (Bill of Lading) to the client. (I made a spreadsheet for how each client preferred receiving this paperwork)

•I would collect the updated COI’s (Certificate of Insurance) from all Trucking companies that we worked with, once the COI expired or needed updates.

•Assisted the Owner, Vice President, and Operations Manager with scheduling client meetings, interviews, spoke directly with vendors, maintenance, new potential Trucking/Tank companies to schedule appointments for them to come to corporate office or warehouse and worked on price quotes and comparisons.

•Anytime we hired a new employee or needed any supplies for the office, I would assist in the ordering through our Staples Business Online Center and verify everything when delivered.
