Used SAP extensively with Meridium to pull KPIs and other required data for Maintenance KPI reporting as per maintenance policy guidelines. Before rolling out SAP in 2006 used Maximo.

Program Manager for Condition Monitoring of rotating equipment assets across the Upgrader.

Devised and conceptualized the implementation of integrated Condition Monitoring Program and a Pilot RCM project for the facilities using MERIDIUM

Initiated reliability Improvement initiatives that resulted in changing the MTBF trend from downwards to Upwards. E.g. pumps MTBF increased from 18 months to 24 months and increasing in trend.

Investigated and recommended alternatives to prevent several Rotating Equipment failures, RCFA, Fault Tree Analysis- Used Reason-Pro for RCFA. One of the Compressor Gear box vibration elimination extended the MTBF from one year to 3 years.

Implemented several Rotating Equipment solutions to resolve the bad actors- e.g. High gearbox vibration, Valve failure in reciprocating Compressor.
