To whom it may concern,
It is an honor and great privilege to recommend Miss Ashley
Santamaria for employment as a Physician Assistant. I had the distinct
pleasure of working with Miss Santamaria as a Clinical Preceptor for her
Orthopedic Rotation at St. Lucie Medical Center’s (SLMC) Orthopedic and
Spine Institute in Port St. Lucie, Florida. I was fortunate enough to work
with her throughout her entire rotation, between August 20th and
September 14th, 2018.
I found Miss Santamaria to be very well prepared for her clinical
rotation. She exemplified a strong work ethic and caring professionalism
throughout her time at SLMC. Her personal attentiveness and kind
demeanor with patients, employees and staff were memorable. Miss
Santamaria's enthusiasm for learning was refreshing and set her apart
amongst her peers. She was always willing to offer a helping hand and
never shied away from a challenge.
Therefore, it is without reservation I write this letter of
recommendation for the employment of Miss Ashley Santamaria as a
Physician Assistant. It is my belief that she will excel in any professional
environment. The outstanding qualities she has exemplified as a student are
sure to make her a valuable asset to any healthcare team. Please feel free to
contact me at any point should you have questions about this
recommendation.
Kind regards,
Jeremy Ware, MMS, PA-C

To Whom It May Concern:
It is my pleasure to recommend Ashley Santamaria in her pursuit of a position, in your private practice, as a Physician Assistant. For two months, Ashley rotated with me during her Family Medicine clinical rotation. Within that time, I came to learn who Ashley was, and I assure you that she will be an excellent addition to your practice.
She is an individual who has an eagerness to learn by being observant, patient, and determined to understand what is being taught to her. After one day of shadowing me, she became a student provider to half of my patients daily and was always excited to interact with them. She has a great ability to multi task and anticipate what was going to happen in the office through precise organization along with a collected mind. She has a great understanding that medicine is a team effort, however Ashley has the ability to be independent with success.
She excelled in her ability to perform physical exams, to evaluate and treat patients who were dealing with acute illnesses (sinusitis, upper respiratory infection, urinary tract infection, etc.), chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes mellitus type 2, chronic kidney disease, hyperlipidemia, etc.), and even life threatening ailments such as myocardial ischemia. Her communication skills exceeded my expectations as she could effectively and positively change the perspectives of my patients when she diagnosed them with a new medical issue that needed treatment. She has the ability to educate her patients with medical knowledge that allows them to be aware of their illnesses and therefore creating a positive relationship between patient and provider.
For me, she was a student associate that does not come along very often. I would recommend without hesitation hiring her into your practice because I know that she will accomplish what is necessary as a provider and continuously approach things with success.
Kindest regards,
Dwight G. Dawkins, MD

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing on behalf of Ashley Santamaria for her desire to fill the position as a Physician Assistant (PA) in your practice. Ashley has performed her PA duties as a student associate during her 1-month clinical rotation with me exceptionally well. She has dealt with clients who were mentally unstable while dealing with their existing medical illnesses. She has superior problem-solving and critical thinking skills that allowed her to positively and effectively communicate and treat her clients.
She is excellent at making quick and wise decisions and functions well in high stressed environments. She is an effective communicator, a cooperate member of my team, and well-liked by my patients during her rotation at Port Saint Lucie Hospital. She is calm and compassionate when working with patients who are under emotional stress due to their mental instabilities, which was aided by her undergraduate degree of Neuroscience and Behavior.
I was quite impressed with Ashley’s extremely high level of intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and self-motivation throughout the time I have known her. She exemplifies a tremendous capacity to work independently and the desire to better the lives of others through genuine care. I fully expect her to be as excellent and productive in your practice as she was during her Behavior Medicine rotation with me. Therefore, I give Ashley the highest recommendation to be a part of your team.
Thank you,
