Collection and analysis of all process data.
Optimization of process by overcoming the functional hurdles without hampering the process. Job description: As a process engineer I have been worked in all start-up, shutdown works, Emergency preparedness works and all trouble shooting works. Along with these I majorly concentrated in R&D’s in process improvement and overcoming of major bottle necks in the process. I have been involved in operation and optimization of manufacturing equipment, involved in all heat and mass balances and flow measurements and stack sampling in cement industry. And I involved in all process heat and mass balance calculations. I had gone through some training sessions organized by management by providing some external trainers.
