Talent Acquisition

• Handling End-to-End Recruitment life Cycle process-recruitment, selection, induction and documentation of candidates (Employees).

• Designing the Job Descriptions as per the requirement of the vacancy to be filled.

• Manpower planning, in consultation with HODs and preparation of Organograms.

• Initially sourcing the profiles through portals like Naukri, Times jobs.com, Indeed, Social media advertisements, Linked-in, internal references and Head hunting.

• Coordinating with Business Heads for the interview to be scheduled for candidates.

• Collecting the credentials of the shortlisted candidates and negotiating based on the internal salary parity.

• Issuing the offer and keep track of the candidate documents till the joining date.

• Conducting the background verification of the candidate to assess the candidate’s authenticity of the credentials.

Training & Development:

• Assisted in arranging various levels of training and development programs for the employees analysed from performance based evaluations.

• Prepare the required Training Budget based on Internal or External training needs. Preparing the training schedule calendars.

• On Job Training, New/existing product technical knowledge, Training on Etiquettes, Behavioral, Functional, Updated software Training programs of the tools used for daily job are provided by HR dept, Internal technical heads and also by the External Faculty based on the training requirement.

• Conduct Employee survey; evaluate the forms to analyze the feedback and knowledge gained from the training program.

• Ensure required equipment is arranged prior to the training, along with focusing employee’s presence in time of the training schedule. Coordinate with the team till the end of training to be effective and efficient.

Employee On Boarding & Orientation

• Joining Formalities of the new employees by filling the needed documents like Application form, Provident Fund Form, ESIC Forms, etc.,

• Introduction of the new employee through online and personal meet taking through all depts.

• Preparation of Induction Schedule in coordination with all Department Heads.

• Presentation of Organization Structure, HR policies and procedures, Employee Handbook, Facilities available, leaves policy etc are explained to new employees.

• Organize the workstation, Stationary, IT requirements, Business cards, ID Cards and Mobile set for the new employee.

• Being as SPOC for all the queries raised by the newly on boarded employees

• Updating the Employee Master Data in HRMS & Personnel file management. Performance Management:

• Preparing and issuing the letters of Probation, Confirmation, Increments, Transfers, Promotions, Service/Relieving and any other letters as needed by the management across the organization. Annual Appraisal Process:

• Providing relevant inputs to HODs for effective implementation of appraisal process. Handling the queries if any.

• Preparation of Letters and Salary Annexure for all the employees as per Increment, Promotions etc.

• Post appraisal process, attending the queries of employees and resolving them.

• Listing the various improvement areas of all the employees, department wise and plan the needed Training & Development activities.

Oracle HRMS module

• Data related to the employee Personal details, Joining, Probation, Confirmation, Transfer, Increment, Promotion, Resignation, Salary revisions, and any other relevant information is entered in to HRMS for easy access.

• Maintaining and Updating the Employee Master Data in HRMS & Personnel files time to time. HR Dash Boards

• Assisting in preparation of MIS reports, data/reports required for weekly and monthly departmental and plant meetings.

• Assisting in preparing of manpower planning data (by coordinating with other depts.), data for inspector of factories and other government bodies as and when required

• Attrition data / retention data (monthly & annually)

• Mean, Median Data for Companies act filing.
