PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Worked with OREX PHARMA PVT. LTD., Dombivli as “Admin & Excise Executive “from March, 1994 to 31st March, 2015. Over 21 years of experience in Pharma Bulk Drugs Manufacturing Company. Knowledge of all Administrative and Personnel related activities required for manufacturing Industries. Knowledge of all Administrative related work like Government Licence Renewal, liaison with Government Dept., Day to Day Office Administrative work, Knowing HR Activities as per GMP requirement. Knowledge of HR Activities like maintaining of Daily Attendance of Employees, Absenteeism Report, Over Time Register, maintain Leave Record Register, Leave Cards, maintaining ESIC & EPF contribution records, Employees Personnel records, keeping each employee personnel record separately, keeping all employees Medical records, and keeping Data of Medical Check-Up follow up. Knowledge of manpower recruitment, handling labour contractor, Employees Training record, training Calendar, Training Matrix, preparing Quality Objective Data like increase number of skills of employees, absenteeism, Accident severity and accident frequency rate per month for HR-Admin Dept. as per ISO Formats, Accident Records, etc. Maintain monthly total Man-hours of company for preparing Labour Productivity data for each Department.
