My duties entail: Closed group and informal in store training is provided to cellular staff, this is done to ensure that consultants are well acknowledged on company policies and procedures as well as keeping them updated on the lastest offers . This enables them to achieve sales targets and to carry out marketing objectives effectively, boosting their knowledge and confidence as cellular consultants. As a field marketer I also assist store managers with challenges faced in store and generate solutions to them, by carrying out these duties I have built positive business relationship. Merchandising and marketing products was also carried out in my duty.
