Dec-19 – Current Date

Working as Senior ASSET Engineer with M/s SNC LAVALIN PMC, Abu Dhabi for Al Yasat Buhaseer Project. Major roles are as follows:

Act as Asset focal point and manage the Buhaseer Project related Maintenance data such as Functional Location Hierarchy, Asset Register, Spare Parts Processing (Z-SPIR and E-SPIR), Develop PM (Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Item) and Job Plans (Task Lists) for Buhaseer Assets.

Development of Job Plans, Maintenance Procedures in consultation with discipline engineers.

Prepare Functional Location Hierarchy, Equipment Master with Class & Characteristics

Registration and Write off Assets in CMMS system

Identify HSECES, Measuring Points

Develop Performance Standards, Minimum Assurance Tasks (MATs) with the help of SMEs.

Prepare Preventive Maintenance (PM) program

Review progress of Purchase requisition (PR), RFQ, Purchase Orders and delivery of 2 years’ operating spares.

Maintenance Bill of Materials preparation.

Coordinate the proper uploading of all Vendor Documents by Contractor.

Oversee the compilation of all the data required to be included in the Early Documentation.

Daily Activities-

oReviewing the QC of functional location hierarchy

oEnsuring that Assets are registered at proper location and proper site

oCheck that Spare Parts are attached to equipment, correctly

oReviewing the SPIRs received from vendors, making sure that all the required documents submitted are complete and correct

oFollow up with vendor for SPIR missing information submission

o Coordinate with RDMT team to end user level review the data/ documents.

oCoordinate with Commercial team for loading data in Maximo and obtain item number.

oConduct QC on loaded data w.r.t. SPIR and take corrective actions

oPrepare missing location hierarchy such as piping system/ pipeline, dead legs etc.

oCoordinating with PMC team and Contractor to provide As Built Documents as per requirement of Bu Haseer Team and Terminal team such as P&IDs, Criticality Report, GA Drg., O&M, Datasheets, SLDs etc.

oPreparing Asset Management Strategy document along with Al Yasat team.

Translated client’s Asset Management Policy, Strategy and Objectives into actions in EPC stage of Asset life cycle.

Acted as Plant Asset Management (ASSET) focal point and management of EPC2 ASSET related Maintenance data such as Location Hierarchy, Asset Register, Spare Parts Processing (Z-SPIR), Tags registration in EDMS system, Criticality Assessment, Process Safety Critical Equipment Flag, Develop PM and Job Plans (approx. 200,000 tags).

Development of Job Plans, Maintenance Procedures in consultation with discipline engineers.
