Working as Graduate Engineer in service division for Ashok Leyland commercial vehicles.

Vehicle inspection, complaints observation, feedback collection from driver, interaction with customer and finally will prepare a Job card to carry out repairs.

Preparation of work estimation, works allotment to various departments viz. Mechanical, Electrical, Tinkering and Painting based on job card.

Follow up with spares to get parts in time also maintaining TAT & GIGO.

After entire satisfaction of customer vehicle go to test drive, and closing the job-card using SAP database and deliver the vehicle.

Submission of daily report to the Works Manager about vehicle flow. Internship (May ‘18)

Worked as an intern at thermal power station (VTTPS) and understood the performance of 210MW Turbine.
