This was carefully developed to earn money by reviving the foreclosed community eyesores and making them into a charming viable home for a person or family. Experience and knowledge in all the essential fields were sought when the power team was established. This team was created over a seven-month period by carefully running through what if scenarios

Working queries from the MLS listings are running generating around one hundred foreclosed properties a month. The data is added to a spreadsheet where formulas identified the properties to look at if they meet the criteria.

Team members and functions scrutinized from the initial lead, to the staging for sale to the sale and closing. Carefully set limits were set for a go- or no-go decision to purchase. Standardized process, and materials used were set up for efficiency and cost control. Time and quick turnover were important factors to create the excellent return on investment.

Automatic queries from MLS listings provided the properties added to the spreadsheet. Formulas populated columns all aspects from the initial purchase to the 95% of market value. They also included different purchase offers and no go limits bases on it’s the value in the community and cost per square foot to restore.

Created living documents, which had a logical progressive sequence of protocols, changes and requirements. Senior Technical Support, Hilscher North America, Inc. – Lisle, IL 07/2012 to 05/2016

Provided support for all of North and South America, plus India for over forty different automation products and twenty different protocols. Products ranged from PC cards, stand-a-lone devices, gateways and in-bedded products. Partnered with engineers, from other companies, to help solve design problems with their OEM products. Provided the support for customers, distributors (VARs) and our sales team.

Created procedures for the VAR’s to use which would assist their sales and tech team in helping the customer who were purchasing Hilscher products. These procedures were totally inclusive, step by step, from beginning to end instructions. To further eliminate confusion links were added to the documents which display screen print of what should be seen from that step. This tremendously reduced problems and call backs by 70%.

Sole support for the two US regional sales managers in setting up the distribution network (VARs). Visited and taught classes at some of the VARs. Created demo boards, plus PC auxiliary expansion boxes which displayed up to eight additional network cards and ran all totally different protocols simultaneously.

Created four different interactive displays which demonstrate Hilscher products. Implemented displays for use at trade shows, for picture layouts in automations magazines and in You-Tube videos. Created three displays and panels for the customer and distributors locations (VARs). All of the display boards and panels demonstrated Hilscher products working with and linking other third party or vendor products. Helped customers with all of the ambiguous environments filled with a collage of different vendors’ products. Ensured that all products were communicating together to meet the customer’s needs a working process.

Created training documents with step by step instructions to assist people how to generate a Master License request forms and how to install the license upon arrival. Added links of screenshots each step making the process easily understood if needed, eliminating confusion by the distributors (VARs), customer, and the sales team.

Preformed various IT tech functions such as selecting and ordering laptops, desktops, routers, plus switches for the procurement of the North America offices. Ran CAT6 circuits, created Ethernet and Bus cables. Built five desktop PCs, which included one Pentium III with an ISA slots to simulate real customer interface. Lead tech supervised three team, of five to six DPA III’s in a 7X24X365 environment, preforming computer job scheduling, monitoring servers, and IBM OS400’s. Ensuring that VERITAS vaults jobs & SOX backups were performed. Preformed emergency recalls from Iron Mountain for server restoration and recovery

Trained the HP employees in the Philippines on how to run the weekly SOXs backup jobs in both the Naperville and Houston data centers. HP was now assuming that work along with other functions.

Monitored and ran backup procedures in VERITAS and implemented remote storage operations which were a required by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Ran and was part of mock disaster recovery exercises with the Texas Alcatel-Lucent data center three times a year.
