Main duties and Responsibilities.
Creating and developing filing system for the organisations documents
Managing inflow and outflow of documents within the organisation
Maintain organizational security and confidentiality of information in accordance with organizational policy
Process newly received files and accurately label, barcode, and shelve files in accordance with firm standards and follows standard filing system (i.e., numeric, chronological, alpha)
Ensure compliance with the firm's document retention policy (e.g., data archiving,storage, retrieval and destruction)
Assist staff with requests to locate and retrieve information quickly.
Collect and maintain all documents to arrange an organised filling system
Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation
Perform clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary
