Expertise in CNC Turning Center Setting & Programming.

Coordinating the entire project in terms of planning and execution of the project from start to end.

Conducting manufacturing feasibility reviews for new products along with CFT.

Participating in Design Reviews, PFMEA, Design for Manufacturability.

Preparing Project APQP Time Plan.

Coordinating with engineering department to Prepare PFD, Control Plan, and PPAP Documents as per TS16949 and Customer requirements.

Producing the sample parts as per the customer drawing.

Planning of Resources Machine Capacity and Layout.
