1. RTA-R1057 - Development of Pavement Management System Phase I (2016-2017) RTA Dubai initiated this Project which is titled as “R1057 - Development of Pavement Management System Phase I” to examine their current Pavement Management System (PMS), its capabilities, gaps and finally recommend the advancements to pave the way for the implementation of best Pavement Management System in the world with automated operations. This project consists of the following four main tasks:
Task A – Review of Existing PMS (Gap Analysis): Review the existing Pavement Management System. Identify the current capabilities, gaps, and mitigate those gaps in accordance with the best industry practices.
Task B – Proposal on Automated Solution: Proposed solutions related to PMS and RAMS. Review the best industry practices for automated data collection, processing, and PMS operations.
Task C – Study of Current PMS Software: Study of current PMS software. Provide an implementation plan to achieve desired improvements in RTA tools and practice. One important aspect of this task is to put up the recommendations on the integration of PMS with other applications at RTA, such as GIS and Maximo (Work Order Management System), etc.
Task D – Update/Cover the Entire Road Inventory: Update/Cover the entire road inventory. Update the road network definition to include all Dubai RTA roads – approximately 5,000 centerline kilometers as per the TOR – in the PMS inventory data.

2. Road Condition and Data Collection in Alain City and Suburban, UAE (2017-2019) 2.1. Road Assets Inventory:
Leading the team of GIS Professionals and Orbit Operator which are approved by Alain Municipality to ECIL. This Project is related to Road Condition Assessments and Data Collection in Alain City and DOT Roads or Emirates Roads. The objective of this project is to develop the AACM GIS database for the Road infrastructure and Pavement Condition. My responsibility for this project is comprised of the following tasks:
