Jindal Saw Ltd is belongs to OP JINDAL GROUP which is diversified Group in India. it have power and total pipe(IPU) unit. At power plant unit having 30 MW power plant (32.7 TPH*4) Boilers,(15MW*1)Turbine, (7.5MW*2) turbine, 16 m3/hr PLC control UF,12 m3/hr RO and 22 m3/hr DM plant,1100 m3/hr recirculation rate cooling tower. The Plant situated atpragpar,samagogha,mundra,kutch, Gujarat. It has ISO 9001-2008,ISO 14001-2007 &OSHAS 18001-2004& has IMS Certification. It produces sprial pipes,DI pipes,cement and power.

Chemical treatment in water pre treatment,post treatment,Boiler,cooling tower,RO,DM,brine chiller and VAM chiller maintain the proper time,quality with water parameters.

Analysis and control of Raw water, RO and DM water, boiler water norms,feed,condensate,SH steam,cooling tower and chilled water.

Lab chemical preparation and standardization.

Alkali cleaning of Boiler.

Parameter control in boiler and cooling tower (high and low range)

Control the RO plant system,maintain the delta pressure and cleaning the membranes in proper time period.
