Responsible for contract, contract-hire & fulltime placements of IT professionals for clients across the United States of America. (Tier 1 & Tier 2 Vendors)

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: including sourcing; pre-screening; conducting telephonic interviews; negotiating compensation packages and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

Well versed about US Tax Terms like W2, C2C, 1099.

Communicate effectively with people residing in the United States irrelevant of the visa status i.e. US Citizens, Green card holders, EAD, TN Permit Holders and H1B candidates.

Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.

Responsible for Coordinating fulfilment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
