As a maintenance manager, I was responsible for maintenance mechanics, facility engineers and electricians. We maintained and PM'd the critical machinery within the plant.

Worked with operations for scheduling of equipment as well as rapid response to interruptions to operations.

Handled Union employees, grievances and personnel issues.

Maintained facilities equipment including boilers, vacuum pumps, autoclaves and HVAC.

Responsible for continued skills training with employees.

Sapulpa Daily Herald-2007-2014

Sports Editor/Managing Editor- For the first four years of the job I was in charge of covering six different schools and all of their sporting events. The Herald was a daily paper so I am used to adhering to strict deadlines and working under pressure. Responsibilities included daily page layout, photography, use of Photoshop, content, editing, use of InDesign and Quark as well as Microsoft.

Managing Editor - In 2010 I was promoted to Managing Editor. I maintained the sports department and its responsibilities as well as managed a news room of four other people. My responsibilities increased, now in charge of the whole paper and its content, as well as managerial duties including, performance reviews, disciplinary action when needed and team building.

Franklin Collection Services (Tupelo, Mississippi) 2003-2007

Vice President of Portfolio Recovery - Managed four different offices, two in Mississippi, one in Tulsa and helped open and run an office in Managua, Nicaragua. Managed approximately 200 individuals, collecting on credit card debt, student loans, medical bills and telecommunications bills. Was responsible for daily and weekly reports that showed profit to company which also was divided by the different divisions, student loans, medical, etc...

Accomplishments:

Completed all education and recently completed Audit process, have been accepted to set for the PMP exam. (as of April).

Led the Spirit Aerosystems Sustainable Tulsa team and moved the company from Bronze to Gold status with Sustainable Tulsa in 2 years (Spirit was also a finalist for the Belmon Award in 2019).

Recipient of the CEO Award in 2019 for work with Environmental and Safety Team.
