• Responsible for direct oversight and supervision of field service and shop mechanics for light construction equipment.

• Aid in staff conflict resolution and discipline action if needed.

• Responsible for assigning work assignment to staff to be performed, and provided supervision to ensure work is completed in timely manner.

• Dispatch mechanics for off site breakdowns to ensure timely repairs for vendors.

• create work orders for onsite staff to ensure repairs are done in a timely manner as they relate to priority.

• Ensure Parts and proper paperwork is correct for proper billing.

• Receive service related calls for off site vendors, aid in trouble shooting and diagnosing over the phone.

• Manage budget for shop productivity, supplies, tools, and equipment.

• Verify warranties on equipment as well as register warranty for all new equipment

• Responsible for holding Safety meeting complaint with OSHA standards weekly and monthly to ensure compliance.

• Responsible for maintenance of 2 recycling plants with shredding and granulation machines.

• Read blueprints and install new equipment.
