• Predicted the revenue generated by each retail store based on different internal vs external factors (such as COVID risk score, temperature, S&P) using multi-variate time Series modeling techniques like CAGR, Monte Carlo simulations, FbProphet, Arima, Regression, Random-Forest, XGBoost and Stacking.
• Provided store segmentation using advance clustering methods such as K-means to identify the performance of the stores. This analysis helped in deciding which store to close and open based on their profitability and led to $5.5M profit to the client.
• Predicted the Merger and Acquisition rate for different using advance time-series modelling: SARIMAX, FbProphet
• Built visualizations and dashboards in PowerBI and Tableau for providing insights.
