Logic modification for furnace flame failure due to malfunctioning of flame scanner.

Two separate NAS(Network attached storage System) integrated each with DCS & PLC Network. It will automatically store all History and logic backup. So all the updated backups available in the network itself.

PLC program & hard wire circuit modification for avoiding barring gear tripping due to Soft starter failure.

HP & LP main valves' drifting issue with existing Chinese system was resolved by integrating HP LP bypass system with existing DEH.After integration the drifting issue eliminated. So, problem of opening of valves were eliminated.

DCS Server obsoleteness was one of the key challenge for every plant. Server replacement along with hardware cost is too high. Procured server from open market and replaced with the old machines
