Slashed processing time for export records documentation verification by creating a report that checks if BOL/Invoices documentations to export goods were received in a timely manner. Automated the process so that an email in sent when there is missing documentation to process.
Refined and improved existing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) documentations for better troubleshooting methods and cross training purpose.
