I was hired to manage their awarded Utility Projects with SCE and Public Works. Just after starting with the company “COVID 19” progressed and all projects that were to start had been placed on hold. After 3 months it was clear that the projects may never start.

EMPIRE CONSTRUCTION

Produced Means and Methods along with SOP’s for estimating projects from small remodels to large ground up buildings with onsite and offsite civil work, wet and dry utilities, landscape corridors and multiple Restaurants and Fitness Centers.

Researched and set up online bid solicitating programs such as Bid-Mail, One-Team.

Procured new subs to provide accurate and timely values to meet bid deadlines.

Produced clear and simple scopes for projects to help ensure accurate quotes.
