Human Resources - Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.

Travel & Immigration:
Handling fresh H1-B, Transfer & Extensions, Amendments and Filing Documents & replying to quires from USCIS.
Handling Blanket L1, Individual L1-A & L1-B filing documents & replying to quires from USCIS.
Coordinates on responses to all RFE raise by USCIS & Consulates on Immigrant and Non-immigrant petitions & visas, within deadline.
Single point of contact for processing of Overseas Employment and Business visas for the staffs travel to difference countries.
Keeping up to date knowledge on immigration laws pertaining to various consulates.
Coordinating with the various departments with regard their international travel.
Ensuring the company travel policy is adhered and cost-effective options are used.
Booking hotels, travel insurance, airport transfers, and car hire requirements for the travelers.
Maintaining records (MIS) of travel related expenses and assist finance in travel budgeting.
Assisting new recruits in settling down and familiarizing with the travel policies.
Responsible for forwarding bills from travel vendors to finance department and follow up on payments.
Administration:
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office & support the work of management and other staff.
Managing the pantry stock & company assets.
To coordinate the maintenance & repair of office equipment’s
Up keep & maintenance of the premises clean and neat and housekeeping coordination.
Preparation of various MIS & on time submission.
