Functioned as the primary liaison between the business line, operations, and the technical areas throughout the project cycle. Participate in meetings and projects with client staff, project managers, and developers to automate, upgrade, or expand applications that accomplish business operations of assigned work unit.

Proficient in understanding business processes/requirements and translating them into technical requirements using Technical STTM (Source-to-Target-Mapping) documents & Business STTM.
