Present I am working in project as a HOD (MECH) in DGM position in SATGURU CEMENT (SAGAR CEMENT GROUP) since October 2019 which is 1 MTPA Green field project.

Worked in Bhavya cement Since February 2017 to September 2019 as HOD (Mech) in DGM position. Which is a 4000 TPD capacity modern dry process cement plant.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Frequent slide shoe bearing oil replacement avoided by replacing slide ring seal.

Cement mill vent fan power reduced by increasing fan inlet duct from 550 mm to 1100 mm.

Cement mill separator efficiency increased by providing Re circulation ducts.

Roller press chute vast wear avoided by providing surge box.

Roller press efficiency increases by adjusting roller gap and chick plate angle.

VRM power decreased by table hard facing.

In situ roller (coal mill) hard facing started to avoid rollers removing from mill & Re fixing and to avoid time waste & manpower.

Kiln out let before tip casting additional retainer installed to avoid expansion on tip casting bolts.
