DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provision of better facilities for welfare sanitation and implements safety precaution to prevent injury, loss or damage property.

Carry out weekly site inspections to see only safe work methods are in operation and regulation are being observed.

Determines the cause of accidents or incidents and recommends means of preventing recurrence.

Maintains accident report and monthly injury summary.

Circulates safety information, guides to all employees.

To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.

To respond to employee’s safety concerns.

To coordinate registration and removal of hazardous waste.

To respond to fires and other emergencies.

To assume other duties as may be assigned.

Before start any task on site, ensure that ( H I P ) Hazard Identification plan or ( J S A ) job safety analysis must be prepared to recognized the hazard .

Do routinely check up on Fire prevention requirement such as Fire extinguisher, smoke detector Fire hydrant, sprinkle systems etc.

Providing for continue education to employees by disseminate safety publications, instructions, rules, & posters.

Recommending disciplinary action for safety violators who unnecessarily expose themselves or co- worker to potential / physical hazards.

Initiate immediate suspension of any operation that could cause death / injury or extensive damage to property and notified all concerned involved.

Design and install different kind of safety signs (i.e. informative, directional, precautionary, regulatory, and other.)

Conducting daily routine inspection to site employees. Observe all safety rule and regulation and takes necessary action to obtain compliances.

Attend the HSE meetings with client on weekly progress and status of HSE deliverables.

Enforce company site safety rules and regulations

Coordination with the construction team to resolve the safety issues on the construction sites.

Conduct safety tool box meeting to all workers before start of work.

Ensure that all fire equipment in excellent condition at all times.
