Main Duties and Responsibilities:-
Daily cash flow planning and treasury management.
Ensuring payment process controls are in place and are strictly adhered to by assistant accountants.
Loading payments on the banking system and following up on the authorization process.
Petty cash management and control of cash advances to various departments to ensure all cash usage is properly accounted for and used on business expenses.
Performing bank reconciliations for all bank accounts and ensuring outstanding items are promptly resolved.
Capturing transactions into the system to ensure that the sub ledgers are updated.
