JOB PROFILE:

Handling Revenue accounting and reporting about billing and collections.

Making and keeping track of payments to franchisees (All zones) on fortnightly Basis i.e. Fortnight collection reports to be checked and reconciled with bank statements and tracking of interim payments made to franchisees for adjustments in the final payment sheet.

Coordination with Franchisees about deposit shortfalls and reporting errors.

Coordinating with logistics department regarding Dr/Cr Notes for material dispatches.

Reporting to AGM (Accounts and Finance) and Head office and coordinating with accounts officials of the company both at Chandigarh and Mumbai.

Handling franchisee’s enquiries regarding adjustment of their Dr/Cr. Notes.

Assisting the subordinates in maintaining billing and collection data in the software customized by the company.

Preparation of MIS reports.

Handling banking transactions.

Assisting in audit functions.

Sale Purchase and all journal entries.

Maintain the record of purchased products from various firms.

Issue Debit and credit note.

Recording all receipts & payments.

Stock entries in company records

Service Tax: - Calculation and depositing

TDS: - Deduction and depositing.

BRS: - Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements
