Responsibilities Included:
Drawing up personalized artist agreement contracts to ensure that the company requirements as well as the artist’s needs are met on the day of event.
Drawing up a budget for the month, allocate it accordingly towards possible expenses and formulate targets for desired revenue.
Planning line-up for all Thursday entertainment a month and a half in advance. This includes Live Bands and Dj’s Booking artists and communicating the terms of the artist agreement contract in detail.
Sending confirmation to the Marketing department so Promotion of the event can commence in time.
