Led pre-and post-client-acquisition activities that included job mapping, compensation strategy, talent assessment, workforce management, training, and organizational dynamics related issues, unique to acquired populations.

Developed the framework of human resource function across the employee lifecycle from the stage of recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee engagement and regulatory compliance.

Streamlined human resource processes and procedures across Trivandrum, Pune and Delhi within India, in addition to the processes for inter-country and intra-country transfers.

Established three technology operations centers in Bangalore and Gurgaon ($40 million budget), to meet the growing requirement for researchers in the semiconductor business.

Orchestrated the $300 million merger of the semiconductor business between Marvell and Avago Technologies. Redesigned & rebuilt the HR function (245 employees) for business transformation.
