Inherited the IT management of the company’s Hotel business. At the point I took over, the old project team missed most of its product releases and did not have effective testing, collaboration or release management. Under my management, I put into place processes that enabled releases to not only go out on time, but with less and less production errors logged. I put into place guidelines for the platform enhancement intake process, proper UAT and automation testing, security scanning, architecture buy-in. Value Proposition (what makes me more than a project/development manager)

The experience of being involved in all aspects of business operations has been the defining flavor in a lot of the companies that I joined. Although hired for my Project Management/ Software Development Management experience, additional responsibilities have always been assigned to me due to my comprehension of successfully managing a business, regardless the department or function. This knowledge of a whole company's business process and the ability to think holistically and strategically makes me a professional who can rightfully claim expertise not only in Information Technology, but in the area of general management with the goal of growing the business.
