I’ve also been part of many academic activities outside the school such as: Interschool speech competitions, Radio broadcasting, International ESL competitions and etc. I’ve graduated with high honors and received multiple awards.

As a new hire, I was assigned to a financial account and tasked to take in calls, interact though chat and answer emails from customers from the US for their banking needs or issues that need provider intervention. Within the span of my days on the desk, I’ve been awarded merits for exemplary marks on the KPI guidelines (Key Performance Indicators).

As a technical support agent for a foreign banking company, my task was to identify, research, isolate, fix or find remediation for our existing/future products.
