Inspection and quality control in the manufacturing of potato chips. An image processing- based approach to detect cancer causing acrylamide content in potato chips thereby establishing quality control in the production of potato chips.

Observer based controller for rotary servo system. It involves implementation of PID controller using Simulink and to design and implementation of observer for rotary servo system.

PLC based speed monitoring and control of three phase induction motor. It involves speed monitoring of the motor using sensor and controlling it with PLC and VFD. SCADA monitoring is implemented.
