Brown Field Projects: Process engineering lab Expansion.

- 2 Reactors are designed for dissolution & crystallization purpose respectively.

- Designed the Temperature control system i.e., Single Fluid System for reactors.

- Designed the Condensers, Receivers, Safety valves, Rupture disc, Sampling devices, & necessary equipment’s related to that reactors.

Facility creation for APTANYX project at our site.

- Designed the major process equipment’s like ANFD, RCVD, Drum Blender, Vibrosifter, etc.

Project Handling:

Green Field Project: PRODUCTION BLOCK-09 –Cleanroom Block with ISO 8 Classification (G+2), Capacity:-21KL.

- HVAC system in which Temperature & RH Control are included.

- Handling four classification of AHU’S. i.e Breach condition, Recirculation condition & AHU with only Temperature control & once through condition.

- 4 no’s of Single Fluid systems which maintains at -25,+5,120,32 Degrees temperatures.

- We are going to design the plant in such a way that all reactors & ANFD have containment provision. i.e. PTS & Isolator

- 9 Reactors are designed in which 4 are for dissolution purpose & 5 are for crystallization purpose.

- Designed Few Filtration & Drying equipment’s Like ANFD, Nauta drier, Sparkler filter.

- Designed Pressurized Tanks.

- Designed the Condensers, Receivers, Safety valves, Rupture disc, Sampling devices, & necessary equipment’s related to that reactors.

- Role: process engineer-I have learned production of ammonia by Haber Bosch process and production of urea with the help of faculty and team.

- Project title: - Miscellar enhanced ultrafiltration membranes for the removal of arsenic from water.

- Description: remove of arsenic metal from water using the RO membrane.
