• Serve as liaison to provider community, taking lead roles in provider readiness, training and technical assistance regarding transition of behavioral health contracts to providers into value based payment arrangements.

• Developed and executed a three-year comprehensive training programs as part of the $2.5M Compassion Capital Fund Grant established to build organizational capacity. o Developed curriculum that enabled 70%+ of organizations in the cohort to apply for and receive grant funding, which enabled expansion of their management capacity and strengthened support for their community-based mission.
