Frontend Developer

Humantu® is an innovation company focused on developing and offering excellent software products and services that solve business problems.

Activities:

-Currently team lead for the front end development of a ReactJS Redux based Web Application for an insurance company. Helped set the foundations for the react lifecycle methods that were to be reused along the project to manage the state, as well as establish the Redux and API call methodology that was to be used by the frontend in the project. Also working extensively with SASS for the CSS design, as well as with the backend which is being built with Amazon AWS Api Gateway, Lambdas and DynamoDB

- Developed the in-house pure vanilla Javascript FrontEnd framework using a module pattern for a application for doctors called Medicatec ( https://www.medicatec.com ). Since this was a immediately invoked module pattern, we really took advantage of JS closures. Also helped on the backend with the transition to Amazon RDS databases and Amazon S3 file management.

- Developed the FrontEnd framework using AngularJS for an inhouse MRP for company called Optimum Turbines Manufacture ( https://www.optimumturbines.com ). Because of the backend being in Node and NoSql, this project lend itself to take great advantage of Javascript high order functions like Map, Filter and Reduce for data manipulation as well as ES6 promises for async callback function control.

- Developed an application for creating webforms called Humantu Box( https://www.humantu.com/box ). On the frontend we used: Angular 1 for the JS frontend, Boostrap for CSS, HighCharts for charting tool and took advantage of the prototypal inheritance nature of javascript to augment certain object method properties that were created for the application Chief Technology Officer

- Establish the institution's technical vision and lead all aspects of technology development, according to the strategic direction and service objectives of the Institution.

- Ensure that the IT infrastructure and digital assets are working efficiently and effectively.

- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships as well as building and managing the technology team.

- Supervise web application and software development as well as generating new products and facilitating their entry to production.
