Responsibilities:

• Setting up the data acquisition tool called Ignition on the server and creating a dashboard and alert system for WasteWater project.

• Defined KPIs and build complex Dashboard with large unstructured datasets to understand plant complexity using R and Python for over 30 plants with more than 90 lines using statistical models.

• Building analytical pipelines and creating a Data repository (Vertica) solution from various manufacturing data points for all domestic and international manufacturing plants.
