Senior Rights and Royalties Analyst

Thieme Medical Publishers is a German medical and science publisher in the Thieme Publishing Group. It produces professional journals, textbooks, atlases, monographs and reference books in both German and English covering a variety of medical specialties, including neurosurgery, orthopaedics, endocrinology, radiology, anatomy, chemistry, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, audiology and speech language pathology, and complementary and alternative medicine.

Responsibilities:

●Providing vital administrative support to the International Rights Manager and the Rights Team

●Arranging for the dispatch of examination copies (e-books and print books) to prospective foreign rights clients and acting as contact to them

●Monitoring instalments on royalties due and invoicing them

●Double checking sales reports of the license customers and issuing invoices for their sales

●Preparing and dispatching promotion material (regular electronic newsletters and quarterly previews on new titles), especially via email

●Booking and preparing appointments and managing diaries for international book fairs

●Supporting meeting follow-ups (after business trips of the International Rights Manager and after the International Book Fairs)
