I have many shifts as a Point of Contact (POC) enabling me to assume the role of acting supervisor and the intermediary between the AGR team and everyone else in the operation including but not limited to safety, deicing, operations, maintenance, cleaners and provisioning. Planning and making decisions on smooth night or when required to be creative in problem solving.
