Made the pump casing by using casting methods for all water pumps: Domestic, Industrial, Agricultural and Submersible, and machined bearings to the proper size and configurations, and worked on milling, drilling operations using NC/CNC before further wiring processes.
Helped to find out pump problems such as tripping breakers, blown fuses, weak pump performance or no water delivery while repairing both three-phase and single-phase motors and made the outcome better by overall 10%.

MN419 Team Project – Design a Showcase Table for Seabaugh Polytechnic Building Foyer
Team assigned to design a metal table to display objects which come out from the SEMO manufacturing lab.
Designed a digital display inside of the table which helps to track the shuttle service plus a small compartment to charge cell phones and this became the most reliable student project in that year.
Utilized AutoCAD software to design the table and manufacturing process, we used Waterjet, Pemserter, and lathe.
UI 410 Team Project – Research and develop a hot water tank at Unilever, Sikeston MO
Team was assigned to research about a hot water leaking tank at Unilever regional site.
Designed a new tank which holds the same amount of water and more efficient to the company.
Represented our design and all the calculation to a board of directors and got approved for its efficiency.
MN 324 Team Project – Conveyor belt Design
Create a conveyor belt to the University robotics lab by using Solid edge, noematic controls and sensors.
Led three-member team and won the first place on a competition of.
