Education and Qualifications

M. Tech in Control & Instrumentation from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture Technology & Sciences. (Formally Allahabad Agriculture Institute Deemed University) with (86.3%) in the Year 2012-2014.

B. Tech in Electronic & Instrumentation from Hindustan College of Science & Technology (Approved by NBA, NAAC, AICTE), Mathura with First Class 63.78% in the Year 2006-2010.

Possess Around 7 years of professional experience in Instrumentation Engineering and Construction of Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals and Chemicals. Responsibilities include performing Instrument Installation, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnostics, repair and modification activities within the facilities so as to provide optimal availability, reliability and cost optimization whilst ensuring highest safety and environmental standards are maintained. Well conversant in IEC, Shell, DEPs, SPs Standard.

1.Seeh al Sarya Engineering & construction ( PDO contractor ), OMAN as an instrumentation Engineer (Dec 2017 at present)

Project : Off Plot and On Plot projects (PDO)

Client : Petroleum Development Oman (PDO)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Hand on experience as Inst. Engineer for the construction and commissioning activities in a safe manner, within budget, on time and in accordance with applicable procedures and technical specifications.

Sound experience as Ex-Inspector & QC Inspector in various PDO projects for the inspection of large & complex electrical and instrument installations.

Review the project scope, PEFS & inst. AFC drawings and identify for any anomalies prior and during construction, Raise SQ for design clarification.

Monitoring the installation and testing of cables, panels, JBs, field instruments as per the approved Quality procedures/ITP by taking preventive, corrective and predictive actions for the non-conformities observed on site.

Sound knowledge about Loop checking & functional checking for IPS, DCS & FGS systems and submit the CCMS/Zenator check sheets.

Monitor punch lists and expedite closure, Coordinates input to and with Operations teams for assurance of commissioning scope.

Conducting meeting with the client regarding the potential / existing problems in the field and provided suitable remedies.

Subcontractor management and coordination for vendor mobilization at site.

Close monitoring for project material management and reconciliation with project close out

Preparation of site job estimation and submit to client QS as per contractual Norms.

Review and implement the scope and the responsibilities for Installation, Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with plant safety and regulation.
