Job Profile:

Responsible for receiving, checking, storing and issuing of Shovel, Grader & other earth movers units

& its spare parts, Pick-ups, diesel generators and their spare Parts, other mechanical units & its spare parts, civil & construction units & its parts, personnel goods, Diesel, HSE goods received from HO and suppliers as per MTNs, GRNs & LPOs, locating them in bins or yards, Stock updation in computer & ledger book and all other documentations. Issuing these items to respective departments or personnel or delivery at sites against MTNs. Offloading Shell diesel in stationed oil tank and distribution of it through our three tank browsers to all earth movers, generators and vehicles. Daily check of Diesel stock w.r.t. its distribution log book. Send diesel consumption report on monthly basis to our HO. Logistic’s fleet trucks, diesel browsers, pickups & other vehicles were daily supervised for their upkeep, maintenance, service and repairs efficiently for continued deliveries of Fuel, Materials, Machines & Spares to the working sites.

Erection of racks and bins in accordance with vertical space utilization theory.

To follow up with our HO/ Suppliers/ Vendors to deliver the materials in standard quality and quantity in due lead time to maintain uninterrupted supply of items and prevent work loss at work sites.

Inventory control integrity maintained through perpetual and weekly inventory with a cent percent accuracy target. Stock Adjustments, Discrepancy and Damage report made & informed to HO if any occurs.

Efficiently handling of Petty Cash used for occasional payments, maintain its records and send all transmittals to account section for updating of bills and their reimbursement or payment to the vendors.

Supervise periodically the standard of all Safety Instruments/Devices/Equipments. Maintain Housekeeping.
