As a Home Depot Store Manager this came with multiple responsibilities. From handling HR, associate relations, operations, merchandising, inventory, hiring, customer service. Home Depot was very much a part of the community here in my most recent store and assisting with non-profit organization’s as well my job as SM was to ensure we also were consistent with this. I over saw roughly 160 employees and well over 10,000 customer’s a week. Associate and customer relations were a very vital reason I had the success here at The Home Depot.

Within each Home Depot there are 3 Assistant Store Manager roles. I held each one of the roles that were all salaried roles and included… Merchandising assistant manager, Nightly Operations’ manager, as well as Specialty assistant manager. Each one of these roles had very specific job responsibilities to the roles itself.

POSITITION-Warner’s nursery Outdoor Manager
Oversaw entire outdoor nursery as well as the greenhouse. Controlled inventory of live goods, soils, mulch. Had twelve employees I managed. This was a retail position, so customer service was a priority.

I have taken great pleasure over the years in working with the White Mountain Submarine Veterans in this area as well as the Veteran Walking Down Ranch in Pinetop-Lakeside. I have worked alongside many coworkers to assist in home improvement projects for United States Veterans through Team Depot projects. I was extremely involved in ensuring Home Depot was involved in other community events such as parades, assisting non-profit organizations, etc...
