-Lean manufacturing project leader across multiple plant assignment improving casting finishing operations. Led project team which consulted with local plant leadership to identify process improvement to reduce costs. $20M of savings initiated in 2009

-2007 EHS project reducing Beryllium from investment casting plants Managing the transfer of 18 critical jobs from Howmet Bethlehem to the Howmet Laval plant Plant Manager
