KEY DELIVERABLES ACROSS THE TENURE

Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment activity from start till end and in line with the company manning budget. Coordinating with the HOD’s, understanding their requirements, developing job descriptions, using various job portals for candidate selection, short listing candidates, facilitating Interviews, negotiation of salaries and preparing of Offer Letters. Finalizing the recruitment with the department respective line manager. Payroll Management: Overall responsibility for a payroll through WPS System. Tracking of daily and monthly time & attendance reports, close monitoring of absenteeism / leaves. Compensation & Benefits Management: Handle the computation of end of service benefit, leave salary, partial service gratuity release. Manage Annual Leave, Sick Leave, salary Increment and promotion. Public Relation Works: Handle the entire process of visa, work permit, emirates id, food handler’s health card, Visa Quota, Labor Offer Letter, Labor Approval, Labor Contract, Visa status changing and Profession changing. Handle all new business setup works (company formation, trade license Registration and cancellation).

Insurance: - Ensure all employees are covered with Medical Insurance. End to End Medical insurance solutions to employees including addition, deletion and replacement of medical cards. Choosing the appropriate insurance plans that will be in line with the management's budget and adequately sufficient for employee cover. Negotiating and dealing with various insurance brokers to obtain the best estimates at the policy renewal time. Handle workmen’s compensation, property, travel, vehicle, fire safety and money insurance. Employee welfare: Advice and guide employees and Managers as and when required. Handle grievances and carry out disciplinary actions according to company procedures, ensuring that all actions are fair and as per prescribed guidelines. Coordinate for employee relations with regards to social activities like monthly birthday celebrations, annual staff party, and staff committee meetings, etc. Coordinate and follow up on accommodation.

Probations & Confirmation: Tracking all employees who have completed probation, providing evaluation forms to the respective line managers, and confirming the status of employment once the reviews have been found positive. Discussing the reviews with the Employees and provide propositions to improve their performance level.

Conducting the performance appraisal for the employees. Coordinate timely completion of performance appraisals and reviewing the same.

Disciplinary Proceedings: Responsible for ensuring the employees follow the code of conduct at all times. Issuing warning letters, Termination letters, after thorough investigation and consultation with concern department HOD’s.

Training and Development: Identify training needs of employees. Plan and coordinate the training and development program. Arranging fire safety training, First aid Training, Food Hygiene Training etc Coordination with Department Heads: Coordinate with Different department heads (Finance, Food and Beverage, Sales, House Keeping, Maintenance, IT, Kitchen, Banquet). Arrange meeting with Department heads.

Staff Accommodation & Food: Managing the staff accommodation and staff dinning operation. Manage Accommodation In charge.

Conduct Exit Interviews. Coordinate timely completion of the Employee Satisfaction Survey.
