A start up Equipment Finance Company in 2016 which developed into a $1 billion commercial/municipal/franchise lease/loan equipment finance portfolio. E2E experience with lease and loan transaction. Developed and implemented policy, procedures and internal controls to be regulatory compliant. Tested, implemented and customized the accounting software system - Aspire, continuing as system owner responsible for maintenance and testing. Responsible for accounting and operation servicing of lease/loan relationships from funding to maturity to include prefund audit, booking, client services, cash operations, contract maintenance, terminations, sales tax and property tax reporting. Responsibilities also included tax and business registrations initiation, maintenance and reporting throughout the US, AP review/ approval and facilitating regulatory audits.
